This acquisition would help the firm scale even further through product mix, sales channel growth, and pricing strategies. My Newborn was 10Club’s first acquisition, followed by Skudgear. The money will be used to expand the company’s brand portfolio, improve its technological stack, and provide operating capital..

The development comes at a time when a number of Indian entrepreneurs have
pooled their resources to build a ‘house of brands’ akin to Thrasio, the
world’s biggest purchaser of Amazon third-party private label businesses.

Going Forward

10club expands its brand portfolio through 100% acquisitions, in which it takes complete operational responsibility for the companies. Its selected portfolio companies should have at least 15-25 crore in sales in the sports category and 40-80 crore in sales in the home category. 10club aspires to have an omnichannel presence by establishing offline stores for its brands.
